How to back up your phone’s photos

Updated on 18 October 2026

If you lose, break or have your phone stolen, any photos that only lived there go with it. A cloud backup prevents that. With Ninbux it takes a few minutes, and your files are stored on servers in Spain.

Step by step

  1. Create your account

Go to ninbux.com and tap “Create free account”. You only need your email, and no card is required.

  2. On Android: turn on automatic backup

Install the Ninbux app for Android, sign in and, under Account → Automatic backup, turn on “Back up my photos automatically”. Choose what to copy (photos, videos, camera, screenshots) and whether to do it on Wi-Fi only. New photos upload by themselves, even with the app closed.

  3. On iPhone or a computer: upload your photos

Open Ninbux in your browser (on iPhone, in Safari, and add it to your home screen to use it like an app). Tap “+” and pick as many photos and videos as you like, hundreds at once. If the connection drops, the upload carries on where it stopped.

  4. Check everything is there

Open Photos: you’ll see everything sorted by date. Ninbux avoids uploading the same photo twice, so you can safely repeat the upload.

Start free, no card needed, and keep your photos in a private cloud in Spain.
