Do I have to install an app?
On Android there’s the Ninbux app, which you download from the website. On iPhone and computers it works in the browser, and if you add it to your home screen it opens like any other app.
Are my phone’s photos backed up automatically?
Yes, with the Android app: it backs up new photos and videos automatically, even with the app closed. On iPhone and the web, you choose what to upload (hundreds at once), and Ninbux avoids uploading the same photo twice.
Who can see my photos?
Only you, with your account. If you share a file with a link, anyone with that link can open it for 3 days.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing gets deleted. You move to the free 5 GB plan and can keep viewing and downloading everything; you just can’t upload more until you free up space or get a plan again.
Can I cancel whenever I like?
Yes, from the Account screen. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
