This translation is provided for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
These terms govern the use of Ninbux, a cloud storage service for photos, videos and files, offered by Joshua Díaz López (Tax ID 77722853B). By creating an account you accept them.
1. Your account
- Anyone over 14 with their own email address can create an account.
- Free storage is limited to one account per person and is activated when you confirm your email. If several free accounts from the same person are detected (for example, from the same connection or device), the duplicate accounts will not get free storage, although they can still subscribe to a plan.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you think someone knows it, change it from your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen. Doing so deletes all your files and cancels your subscription.

In Ecuador and other countries that use the dollar, prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
- Prices include VAT.
- Paying yearly costs the same as 11 months: one month free compared with paying monthly.
- Payment is made by card through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically every month or every year, depending on your choice, until you cancel it.
3. Plan changes and cancellation
- From “Manage subscription” you can change plan, change card or cancel.
- Upgrading: takes effect immediately and you are only charged the prorated difference for the remaining period.
- Downgrading or switching from yearly to monthly: takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Cancelling: you keep your plan until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again.
- If a payment cannot be collected, Stripe will retry it. If it still fails, the plan is cancelled.
4. What happens to your files if you stop paying
If your plan ends, your account moves to the free storage (5 GB). Your files are not deleted: you can still view and download them, but you won’t be able to upload more while you use more space than you are entitled to. If you want them deleted, delete the files or the account.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw without giving any reason, by writing to [email protected]. We will refund the amount paid, minus the proportional part of the service already provided if you started using it during that period. By subscribing and starting to upload files, you expressly request that the service begins before those 14 days are over.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Ninbux to store or share illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights (for example, intellectual property) or malware, nor to try to access other people’s accounts or overload the service. If such use is detected, the owner may suspend the account and, where required by law, notify the authorities.
7. Availability and backups
Ninbux se actualiza de forma continua desde el servidor: las mejoras y correcciones pueden aplicarse sin previo aviso, sin que tengas que instalar nada nuevo, y la app de Android muestra siempre la última versión de Ninbux. El titular hace copias de seguridad y trabaja para que el servicio esté siempre disponible, pero no puede garantizar que funcione sin interrupciones ni que nunca haya pérdidas por causas ajenas. Te recomendamos guardar también otra copia de lo que sea importante para ti. La responsabilidad del titular se limita, en lo que permita la ley, al importe que hayas pagado en los últimos 12 meses.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms or the prices change, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. A price change applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel beforehand if you don’t agree.
