Delete your Ninbux account

You can delete your account and all your files at any time, from the website or the app.

How to do it

Sign in to Ninbux with your account (at https://ninbux.com or in the app).
Go to Account and, at the bottom, tap Delete my account.
Confirm with your password (or your email, if you sign in with Google or Apple).

If you can’t sign in, write to [email protected] from your account’s email address and we’ll delete it for you.

Immediately: your account, your photos, videos and files, the bin, shared links and smart search data. If you have a paid plan, it is cancelled.
They may remain in backups for up to 30 days, until those are renewed. If one of those backups is in a cloud storage service, it may remain there, encrypted and unreadable by anyone, for up to 30 more days in that service's bin.
Billing data is kept for the periods required by law.
